I have two areas that I don’t think are covered that I would want to know about.
A lot of the workouts are to balance out playing volleyball like working out posterior of shoulder. What about the off-season when they can’t play volleyball? What exercises would they use in that situation?
Also I think torque is important for hitting, using whole body for more power. Being able to twist upper body in an opposite direction to lower body. What about Russian twists or leg wipers for core or mountain climbers to opposite side. Thanks
